Station diary, 1839-1843 talking about the stock, day to day activities on all three properties, Buninyong, Burrumbeet and Maiden Hills and the weather. Photographs of the house from the 1860's and 1920's and plans of the house with copies (copies will be used in preference to fragile originals). Also letters and financial staements of the 3 stations. Also newspaper cuttings about Thomas Learmonth and the Learmonth vs. Bailey case and plans for a sheepwash at Ercildoun.
